Company car leasing boosts employee retention
Company cars have been confirmed as a major bargaining tool during the recruitment process, a recent industry study from Masterlease says. The survey of over 500 employees found that news of a better company car would persuade 30% of them to move to an equivalent role elsewhere.
"In the UK, the company car is King. It is one of the key employee benefits which is visible!" says Ben Newton of Windsor Vehicle Leasing.

The same study found that 27% of company car drivers surveyed who have been offered a cash alternative have accepted it to source a vehicle themselves, exercising freedom of choice over what they drive.
